In-between liminal Janus-like territories, blank spaces on the A-Z, badly stitched together, unnamed, unpopulated, where the urban butts uneasily up against rural. Post industrial landscapes constantly reinventing themselves, the temporary suspension of the contemporary codes of living. Structures loom above with aggressive arrogance. What is left of the landscape after capitalism has raped it. The intentionally lo-fi nature of the prints references marks found in these zones and also reality filtered through a manipulated image - first as a photograph, second a print.
